How do I know what type of sign is best for my spa?

The right sign depends on your space, lighting, and brand personality. For spa and beauty environments, we often recommend flat or 3D acrylic signs for a sleek, modern look, or layered combinations with metallic accents for a touch of luxury. If you want a bold first impression, 3D raised letters add depth and presence. For a softer, calming vibe, frosted acrylic or pastel tones work beautifully. During your consultation, we’ll explore your logo, wall color, and lighting to recommend the perfect match that complements your brand and space.

What size do you recommend?

Sign size depends on your wall dimensions and viewing distance. For most spa reception areas, the sweet spot is between 36” to 60” wide, ensuring it’s large enough to be seen from across the room without overwhelming the space. If your logo includes fine details or script fonts, we might scale up slightly for readability. We always provide a mockup preview to show exactly how your sign will look on your wall before production — so you can feel confident it’s perfectly balanced.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies based on size, materials, design complexity, and installation. As a guide: smaller acrylic logo signs start around $250–$400, while larger 3D layered or metallic signs typically range from $600–$1,200. Every quote includes design proofs, material selection, and optional mounting hardware. We also offer free mockups so you can visualize your sign before committing — ensuring complete transparency from concept to installation.

How long does it take to make the sign?

Most custom signs take about 1 to 2 weeks from design approval to completion. Simple flat acrylic or PVC signs can often be ready sooner, while 3D layered or metallic designs may take a little longer depending on detailing and finish. We’ll provide a clear timeline when you place your order, and keep you updated every step of the way — from mockup to delivery. Rush options are available if you need your sign sooner.

Do you offer backlit or halo style signs?

We used to offer it. But we find that not only is the fabrication costs higher, the installation is usually more than the sign price. Many of our clients were finding it unaffordable once an electrician had to be hired to run wires through the walls and connect it to a power source. Often times the walls would also need repairs from the wiring installation. For this reason we stopped offering those types of signs.

Do you offer installation?

Yes — we provide professional installation services for local clients (Toronto / GTA). Our team ensures your sign is mounted safely, level, and centered exactly where you want it. For clients outside our immediate service area, we supply mounting hardware and easy-to-follow instructions so you or your contractor can install it seamlessly. Every sign is prepped for a clean, secure finish that looks as good in person as it does in the photos.
